Vendor of the Year Award

• Vendor must have been a member of the Kentucky Branch of AALAS, Inc. for five consecutive years.

• Vendor has had active participation in the Kentucky Branch while a member.

• Vendor has demonstrated active participation at the annual District 5 of AALAS meeting in three of the last five years. Examples could be participating in a round table discussion, having a vendor booth, or providing the meeting registration packets.

Nomination Format for Vendor Award

• Nomination letter should be no more than a 2-page double spaced letter

• Letter should contain the following:

  • Name of Award Nominee

  • List Activities in the Kentucky Branch

  • List Activities in District 5 of AALAS

  • Explain why this vendor should receive award

  • Nominator's Name/s should be printed and signed

  • Attach proof of branch membership letter from membership chair

Nomination letter needs to be submitted by February 14th.
